One (10€, 20€, 50€) denomination will be printed by several printers.
But next year (2003) only France will print 5€. (Both L- and E- printers?)
Nobody will print 500€ in 2003.
One printer may print one denomination for a year and next year maybe different value. For example Finnish D-printer printed 20€ notes in 2002 (I think maybe those 20€ L1xxxxxxxxxx-notes (Btw this is the first L1 entered http://www.eurobilltracker.eu/index.php ... 053eb1773a )), but next year (2003) it will print 100€.
NCBanks can order notes from foreign printers too.

I've entered 10 L1s so far, they seem to appear quite often from my finnish customers.

Did they look uncirculated?
I am still not sure, if they are these pooling system notes.
I think it is also strange that they are common in Southern Finland, but not in Lapland. I have entered about 900 bank notes but so far I´ve got only one L1- note.
