Incorrect dots and inaccuracies among city profiles

There's no place single place called Devon, maybe someone should check to which location the postal code leads to, but I can't see the notes.

In Norway some of the provinces (fylker) have merged in 2018 and 2020.
First there were 19, now there are 11.
They haven't been merged on EBT yet. Could someone fix this?

After 4 years some of the mergers didn't really work out as they should.
Some of them split back to their original administrative divisions.
15 fylker now. Could someone rearrange them on EBT again?

We can't change a note. We can change a location (city+zipcode) but I wouldn't do it in this case, because of city precedence — meaning: if anyone enters a note in CityX (ZipcodeY), I assume that the city is correct even though the postal code might be wrong. Other city-managers may have other opinions.

That's exactly my thought. When city and zipcode don't match I deem much more probable an error in the latter than in the former.

Today I entered this banknote for Vojsko with postal code 8282 Koprivnica, which is not to be confused with Vojsko with postal code 5280 Idrija, however, EBT is showing the later as a location. Both places are in Slovenia.

Could you, please, disambiguate this so that "8282 Vojsko" has its own dot, with my banknote showing location to it? Thanks in advance!

I set this location profile as a child of Bratislava, and assigned coordinates. Should appear correct now. (If not, try clearing the cache, using a different browser or just wait some hours at most.)

Had about 3 hours between my night train arrival into London and my Eurostar and a rail pass, so took a train out to Harpenden, easily reachable by Thameslink from St Pancras.
Thanks to the person plotting Dunlop and Alyth earlier.
