How many notes does it take to get a hit?

It took me some 400 notes, to get three hits. 
Its great but I admit the Canada-Paris hit was a little forced as I told the client to enter all the bills,(I didn't know some of them was entered). Now the hit I got in Paris was pure conincidence, I spent a 5€ at a bakery and was recieved according to the description at a Carrefour supermarket.
